Linda Reimer

Linda was elected to City Council in 2008 and has lived 29 years in Coquitlam with her husband Les and sons. She had a career in banking and is a fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. Linda has a business and criminology degree from Simon Fraser University and is a past director of the Fraser Burrard Community Justice Society, past director Learning Disabilities Association and a current four year board member of the BC College of Teachers. She is very active in the community as a Rotarian and currently serves on numerous boards and committees in addition to being the Chair of the City's Multiculturalism Advisory Committee, Sustainability & Environment Advisory Committee, and City/School Board Liaison Committee. She is a former District Parent Advisory Council Chair and an honorary member. www.lindareimer.ca
