A Groovy A Class Act

The Douglas College Foundation’s 14th annual A Class Act was held at the Coquitlam Executive Plaza Hotel. This year’s event theme was the 1970s in terms of costumes, décor, music and food. Guests clad in 1970s fashions tasted a selection of wines and beers, competed in a Blackjack tournament, bid on live and silent auction items and enjoyed music by the tribute band Drive. A since thank you to all of the sponsors, volunteers and the Douglas Foundation Board and staff for helping to raise $25,000 for student aid and for making the event such a great success!
